Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

By using drycore-restore.com or engaging Drycore Restore for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information on this site is general, not advice

The guides, checklists and cost discussions published here are general information based on our experience in the Glendale area. They are not a substitute for an on-site assessment of your property, and they are not legal, insurance or engineering advice.

Water damage varies enormously between properties. Nothing on this site should be relied on as a diagnosis of your specific situation or as a guarantee of any particular outcome, timeline or cost.

Estimates and pricing

We do not publish fixed prices because a water loss cannot be scoped accurately without moisture readings and an on-site inspection. Any figures discussed on this site are illustrative of the factors that affect cost.

Written estimates we provide are based on conditions observed at the time of inspection. Concealed conditions discovered during the work — hidden moisture, undisclosed prior damage, contamination, or materials that cannot be dried — may require a revised scope, which we will present to you for approval before proceeding.

Services and scheduling

Emergency response times are targets based on typical conditions and are not guarantees. Severe weather events, regional emergencies and simultaneous large losses can affect availability, and in those circumstances we triage by severity and exposure.

Reconstruction timelines depend substantially on material availability, insurance approval and permitting, which are outside our control.

Insurance claims

We document work to the standard insurance carriers expect and can communicate with your adjuster on your behalf. We are not an insurance company, an insurance adjuster or a public adjuster, and we do not determine coverage.

Whether a loss is covered, and to what extent, is decided by your carrier under your policy. You remain responsible for amounts your policy does not cover, including your deductible.

Licensing and subcontractors

Restoration and reconstruction work is performed by our own crews and, where a separately licensed trade is required — plumbing, electrical, roofing — by licensed subcontractors we engage and coordinate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited. Liability arising from services performed is governed by the written agreement for that work.

We are not liable for damage that occurred before our engagement, for pre-existing conditions, for damage arising from a delay in contacting us, or for consequences of instructions given by a property owner against our documented recommendation.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, layouts and graphics — is the property of Drycore Restore unless otherwise indicated, and may not be reproduced without permission.

External links

This site may link to third-party websites, including our Google Business Profile and Instagram. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
